As a NAPA Auto Care Center, Hy-Tek offers a NAPA "Peace of Mind" Warranty covering parts and labor on qualifying repairs and services for 12,000 miles or 12 months, whichever occurs first. This is a written warranty that is honored at more than 13,000 locations nationwide - more than any other automotive repair brand.

As a NAPA Truck Service Center, all qualifying services and repairs on heavy duty and highway-use trucks are backed up with our NAPA Truck Service Center "Over the Road" warranty.

Hy-Tek Truck & Auto Center uses only top quality parts that meet or exceed the vehicle manufacturer's specifications and in some cases certain parts (i.e. batteries, king pins, etc.) are guaranteed by the manufacturer which may exceed the 12,000 mile or 12 months warranty.

Used parts are warranted 30 days, unless otherwise specified on your repair order, and all replacement and repairs must be completed by Hy-Tek.

Tire warranty is covered under manufacturer's workmanship, material defect warranty or treadwear warranty. Road hazard coverage is available from Hy-Tek for an extra charge at the time of purchase.

Due to road surface conditions and individual driving habits, wheel alignments are not warranted.

Any damages due to misuse or lack of lubrication are not covered under warranty.
